Uncovering Some Common Anxiety Symptoms

Advisory announcements for medical and health conditions such as  heart attacks or seizures seem to be surfacing all over American radio these days.  Television and radio commercials show us what to do should we feel light headedness, fainting, numbness, and the like.  However, very seldom will we hear an advertisement detailing common anxiety symptoms, which is particularly sad considering thousands of people get them and are very confused by these symptoms.

Having anxiety symptoms is extremely common in our western culture, when we are presented with anxious circumstances on a frequent basis.  Whether it is the angst that we might be astray in an remote place or we’re going to be late for a business meeting or if the bedside phone rings out of the blue, we all feel panic at some point in our day.  Many us on the other hand could experience anxiety symptoms for apparently no cause whatsoever, and could confuse these with the symptoms of having a heart attack or some other medical condition.  Those who suffer from anxiety attacks often confuse these symptoms.

Panic symptoms are definitely unique for everyone, and often it’s apparent that they’re simply experiencing anxiety – just before speaking in front of others, when they’re about to get married, when you open your front door and see a fire crew standing there; these events could easily make any of us stressed and panic ridden!  Although for many of us, anxiety symptoms could also include shortness of breath, heart contractions, vommiting, chest pains, irregular breathing, tingling or numbness in the fingers, face, or toes.  Stomach aches, and headaches are not unheard of either.  You can appreciate how these could actually be confused with a heart attack or asthma or any number of other conditions.

If you exeprience these anxiety symptoms on a sporadic basis, and particularly if they tend to show up for no reason, you should probably speak to your doctor.  Initially, you might want to rule out the chances of it being a cardiac arrest or something that severe.  After that, he or she can prescribe drugs or therapy that could help you live with the anxiety symptoms while simultaneously working with you to ascertain why you’re stressed and anxious to begin with.  You could have some chemical abnormalities in the brain or may need to try a few new positive techniques on how to process stressful situations so that you will be able to prevent the flaring up of a panic attack before it gets out of control.

I managed to cure my panic disorder after years of struggling and dragging my family through the nightmare with me.  The cure I used was totally natural, drug-free and didn’t require expensive therapy – I’m overjoyed to say that I’ve been free of anxiety for a number of years now, I only wish I had discovered it years earlier.
